Vermouth

Living in Europe, I became captivated by vermouth and other aperitifs—the flavorful, aromatic drinks that kick off a great meal or gather friends around the table. Inspired by this tradition, I crafted my own vermouth to capture that balance of herbs, spice, and brightness. It’s a versatile, handcrafted expression that’s perfect for sipping neat, mixing in cocktails, or elevating any moment.

The custom tinctures in these bottles were created through a ton of trial and error. But after blending with Verdelho or Zinfandel, the result is something special. Serve the white with a splash of tonic for a refreshing aperitif, or pour the red over ice for a rich, satisfying experience. Either way, you’re in for a memorable evening.
